Apparently, self-control is a skill Will Smith is still struggling to grasp. Anger management for the Academy Award-winning actor is evidently not progressing as well as one would hope.

Since his infamous slap of Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars, Will has spent the last few years in spiritual counselling to deal with his anger issues. By the sounds of it, he has a long way to go to conquer that demon. “The anger has been pushed down, not mastered.” His film roles have been few and far between since his 2022 moment of madness.

Will Smith’s reported anger management therapy is allegedly a “total failure”

Working on Will’s anger problems appears to have yielded mostly frustrating results. A source tells RadarOnline that the Bad Boys star has done every program and retreat available. Even so, they say you can feel tension in him. That surfaces whenever his infamous Oscar moment comes up. As such, the source deems Will therapy work a “total failure.”

While one source sees Will’s performance in Bad Boys: Ride or Die in 2024 as validation that he still connects with audiences, most others are on the opposite side of that fence. One source says hat his film roles have slowed to a crawl in part because of his anger issues. Since capturing the Best Actor Oscar in King Richard Will’s been in just two motion pictures, Emancipation and Bad Boys: Ride or Die.

According to one insider, the endlessly upbeat and quick-witted Will has faded away. They say the lightness that previously defined him is gone. He and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, are reportedly furious over a lawsuit filed against them. That was done by Bilaal Salaam, a former associate of theirs. They believe it’s financially motivated with Bilaal seeking $3 million.

Since his moment with Chris in 2022, Will has reportedly tried various methods to stay calm. Intensity, though, still leaks out of him, according to reports. Some believe that he can’t quite forgive himself, making genuine peace impossible.

Will has been banned from the Oscar festivities until 2032.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK WILL SMITH’S INFAMOUS OSCAR MOMENT IS THE SOLE REASON HE’S NOT GOTTEN AS MUCH FILM WORK LATELY?
