Colleen Zenk was arrested last month on charges of DUI in Naples, Florida. According to court documents, the actress agreed to perform field sobriety exercises. Zenk is best known for her appearances in The Young and the Restless and As the World Turns.
According to official records from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office and the County Clerk’s Office, police arrested Colleen Zenk on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 7:35 p.m. EDT, in Florida. The actress is facing two misdemeanor DUI charges, with bond set at $1,000 for each.
The arrest report notes that a witness told the deputies they saw Zenk backing out of a handicap parking space near a Tommy Bahama store when her car hit another vehicle close by. The responding sergeant reported that he smelled alcohol, leading deputies to begin a DUI investigation.
As per the report, Zenk told the authorities that she had consumed “two wine cups” while she was at Bar Tulia. The actress then agreed to perform field sobriety tests. The arresting officer reported observing several signs of impairment in Zenk during those exercises. She reportedly displayed issues with balance and had difficulty following instructions (via Soap Opera Network).
Authorities arrested Zenk following the exercises. The report notes that Zenk later provided two breath samples, yielding 0.206 and 0.192 BAC, which is far above the legal limit of 0.08. According to court records, the actress posted bond on May 16.
Zenk is set to appear for a pre-trial hearing in Collier County on July 29. She has pleaded not guilty through her attorney. In a statement to People, the actress’s rep said, “The charges are being defended. Ms. Zenk has not been convicted of anything. The truth will be played out in court.”
