Teddi Mellencamp has revealed which Real Housewives star apparently still holds a grudge over comments made on Two Ts in a Pod. According to the former RHOBH star, Heather Gay stands out from the crowd. Teddi Mellencamp regularly shares blunt opinions about different Housewives on her podcast. While some eventually move past the criticism, she claims things remain different with the RHOSLC star.

During a Q&A on her Instagram Story, Teddi Mellencamp discussed which Housewives have become angry over Two Ts in a Pod commentary. The Story has since expired, but Reality Blurb documented her responses.
Teddi first brought up Vicki Gunvalson. She explained that Vicki may challenge something said on the podcast, but the tension usually passes. However, Teddi placed Heather Gay in a different category.
“I think she’s been the only one that I haven’t been able to, like, smooth over,” Teddi said while discussing their interactions.
That answer suggests the issue extends beyond a single podcast episode. Two Ts in a Pod regularly covers the entire Bravo universe, which means Teddi often critiques people she knows personally.
The tension with Heather also does not come completely out of nowhere. In 2024, she questioned Heather’s treatment of Monica Garcia while discussing the explosive Season 4 reunion.
At the time, Teddi pushed back on what she viewed as different standards for Heather and Monica. That kind of commentary may help explain why smoothing things over has apparently proved more difficult.
Still, Teddi did not suggest that every Housewife takes her podcast opinions personally. She explained that reactions vary and pointed to Vicki as someone who may object before eventually moving on.
Teddi also indicated that she approaches each Real Housewives episode on its own merits. Some episodes simply give the Two Ts hosts more to discuss than others.
That setup makes conflict almost inevitable. The hosts recap storylines, question behavior and offer opinions while often maintaining real-life relationships with the people involved.
